What You Can Do Next

Maternal & Infant Care forms our foundation, with specialized programs like Black Infant Health support groups, WIC nutrition and breastfeeding assistance, and  Comprehensive Perinatal Services. Family Health Services provide critical access to immunizations (COVID-19, flu, and childhood vaccines), prescription assistance, free health screenings, and culturally-specific programs through our African Ancestry Health initiative. Safety & Prevention Resources address the complete wellbeing of our families through sexual health services, STI/HIV testing and prevention, harm reduction programs, safe dating violence prevention, and mental health crisis support resources. Finally, Essential Documentation & Support Services help families navigate vital records like birth certificates and connection to community resources through centers like the Story Road Hub—ensuring that every mother in our community has access to the comprehensive care and support she needs to thrive.
